   Glacis and Utah reach agreement: designated sandbox systems must provide verifiable AI receipts

   Glacis Technologies signed a memorandum of understanding with the Utah Office of Artificial Intelligence Policy (OAIP), requiring designated vendors and systems in the state's AI learning lab to generate and deliver cryptographically signed AI receipts as a precondition for participation. The receipts are generated based on Glacis technology and map to OVERT, an open standard for verifiable evidence of AI operation. The receipts provide only the evidence needed for clinical oversight, evaluation, and auditing; they do not by themselves certify safety, efficacy, or legal compliance, and they do not require disclosing model weights, raw prompts, raw outputs, or underlying personal data to Glacis or OAIP.
