Anthropic has publicly submitted its S-1 prospectus to the U.S. SEC, planning to list on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol ANT; according to reports by the Associated Press and other media, the valuation range discussed in the market is $1.5 trillion to $2 trillion. The prospectus shows revenue of $16.29 billion in the first half of 2026, a surge of about 13 times year-over-year, with about 80% coming from usage-based billing; net loss was $80.748 billion, of which about $72.388 billion came from fair value changes in financial instruments such as convertible notes and is a non-cash loss. As of the end of September 2026, there were more than 11,900 customers contributing more than $100,000 in annual revenue, and net revenue retention reached 900%. The long-term compute spending commitments listed in the prospectus exceed $500 billion, including renting TPUs from Broadcom and purchasing NVIDIA GPU compute from SpaceXAI (formerly xAI), with contracts running as long as 2045.
The prospectus discloses half-year revenue of 16.3 billion USD, a net loss of 80.75 billion USD and over 500 billion USD in compute commitments, from which the revenue structure and capital consumption of a frontier model company can be seen clearly.
