He listed five major synergy areas after the merger: superintelligent software, chip design, Terafab, robotics, and Starlink connectivity. According to Reuters and Bloomberg, SpaceX's after-hours valuation rose 6% to 8%. Musk said he cannot participate in the committee discussions due to a conflict of interest, and the deal still requires support from about 50% of Tesla's issued shares.
