Addendum to GPT-6 Luna System Card: October 29, 2026 Update
OpenAI released a GPT-6 Luna System Card addendum, updating the safety evaluation results for the October 28 version of the model and designating it as High capability in the biological and chemical domains. This version uses the same type of data and training methods as GPT-6 Luna (October 7). In the biological model refusal evaluation, the October 28 version improved on severe prompts and regressed on dual use prompts. In cybersecurity evaluations, this version performed comparably to the October 7 version, with no statistically significant regression.
