OpenClaw fixes credential leakage across chunk boundaries in long tool outputs

OpenClaw fixed the issue where credentials in long tool outputs were not masked when spanning chunk boundaries, and resolved lag and stack overflow in redacting large texts, with several-fold speed improvements. This version also changed the default API-key routing for OpenAI and Anthropic to provider-native compaction, and fixed recovery flow failures such as Doctor getting stuck on legacy imports and stale Gateway locks.
