CoDev: A collaborative development framework for NLP models

CoDev is a collaborative development framework for NLP models that supports multiple users interacting with models and helps users operationalize concepts. It learns a local model for each concept and uses a global model to integrate the original data and all concepts; when the two are inconsistent, it guides a large language model to generate instances within the concept boundaries. Experiments show that it can help multiple users operationalize concepts and avoid mutual interference across multiple scenarios, tasks and models.
