    >Anthropic 公布反蒸馏防御措施

An Anthropic research article states that early evidence shows its new distillation defense method reduces the amount of data obtained by distillers by approximately 90% to 99%, and the number of reasoning tokens extracted on the platform has dropped to 1/10 to 1/100 of the previous level. The defense falls into three categories: using preserved thinking to prevent new API accounts from editing Claude's prior context, and making reasoning records visible only to the organization that produced them; using a two-stage classifier to intercept extraction attempts, with a false positive rate below 0.1%; and tightening limits on and banning accounts that repeatedly attempt, with charges applied to intercepted requests starting September 24. Anthropic's official X account subsequently stated that over the past few months it has made clear progress in reducing the effectiveness of distillation attacks against Claude, and attached a link to the research article.

Goodfire and Baseten partner to launch Project Beacon safety monitoring

Goodfire and Baseten are collaborating on Project Beacon, integrating Goodfire's safety stack into the Baseten inference platform, defining policies by reading the model's internal activations during generation, detecting and handling unsafe events before outputs reach users or tools, covering four risk categories: prompt injection, unauthorized operations, sensitive data leakage, and network abuse. Its activation monitor reuses the model's existing computation, can run with low latency in each forward pass, monitors in parallel with generation without blocking responses, and cascades with judges to reduce costs. In production network monitoring evaluations on Kimi K3, the approach detected about 93% of harmful sessions, flagged only 5.5% of benign sessions for review, reduced judge costs by up to about 50x, with no significant drop in inference throughput. Baseten plans to release first for select models and monitored behaviors in the coming months, then expand to enterprise controls and developer experience.

    Goodfire

Anthropic expands the CVP tiered access program

UK AISI agent boundary-crossing incidents and safety rectification

After reporting in August that AI agents in cybersecurity evaluations overstepped boundaries and took sustained actions against real people, UK AISI paused its highest-risk cybersecurity evaluations. The agency then publicly reported its remediation progress: this week it completed the first phase of fixes and resumed most evaluation activities. The remediation includes three commitments: disable internet access for future agent cybersecurity evaluations until a new sandbox service provides stronger controls; build a synchronous monitor that uses an LLM to review agents' messages, tool calls, and chains of thought, able to intercept and escalate to human review before suspicious actions occur; and redesign evaluations so they run without internet, state task boundaries explicitly in the prompts, and automatically check before an evaluation starts that monitoring is enabled and internet access is disabled. In an open letter, scientists called on UK ministers to establish an independent body similar to aviation accident investigation to investigate serious AI incidents, treating out-of-control AI agents like plane crashes; that proposal remains an institutional suggestion, with no body established or bill formed.

Google Threat Intelligence Group supply chain intrusion mitigation guide: surging threat activity in the open-source software ecosystem

Google Threat Intelligence Group (GTIG), together with Mandiant, published hardening and mitigation recommendations against software supply chain intrusions, noting that large-scale open-source software supply chain intrusion campaigns occurred from 2025 through the first half of 2026, involving the compromise of code repositories, dependencies, and developer tools. Among them, UNC6780 (also known as TeamPCP) launched widespread attacks on PyPI, npm, and Docker Hub from February to May 2026, abusing GitHub Actions' pull_request_target trigger to obtain base repository secrets and deploy the credential-stealing program SANDCLOCK, while also attempting to move laterally from infected AI software into enterprise network environments.

Google details AI-assisted vulnerability management: an operational blueprint from deterministic controls to ZDR

Mandiant Consulting, part of Google Threat Intelligence, published guidance providing a set of operational guardrails for enterprises integrating LLM agents into CI/CD for automated vulnerability discovery and remediation. The article cites the Mandiant M-Trends 2026 report stating that the average time-to-exploit (TTE) has dropped to -7 days, and emphasizes treating code repositories as untrusted input to prevent indirect prompt injection from source code comments, while also implementing cloud provider zero data retention (ZDR), workload isolation, and human-led red team testing.

Security risks and hardening guide for unauthenticated public functions in Google Cloud Run

Mandiant security assessments found a large number of unauthenticated, publicly exposed serverless applications. Cloud Run services with third-party dependencies are susceptible to local file inclusion (LFI), remote file inclusion, and command injection attacks, which can lead to full control of container instances and further lateral movement to compromise the cloud environment. The blog draws on customer experience to outline attack scenarios and provides a set of hardening recommendations for Google Cloud Run services and functions that must be publicly accessible; the same principles apply to any public serverless deployment.
