Prime Intellect 用 Rust 重写 Prime Agent

Prime Intellect 将 Prime Agent 从 TypeScript 重写为 Rust，由 2000 多个智能体在两周内自主完成，运行于 10000+ Prime Sandboxes，消耗 Prime Inference 的 GLM-5.3 端点超 2000 亿 token。重写后 Prime Agent 运行更快、资源占用更少，并新增 Windows 支持、会话崩溃隔离和更一致的 daemon 协议。
